Sanchez Cantina and Restaurant opened in April 2015 in SW Portland.  Our goal is to provide amazing Mexican food that is as close as we can get to authentic while still being in the United States.  We make everything just like we made it in Oaxaca, Mexico, with ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.  Everything is made in-house, from our ceviche to our salsas.
